Back to School with this straight forward, easy to use resource, ready to print and use . Learners are encouraged to reflect upon and describe their responses in writing as well as apply creativity and thinking skills. Why not use the end results for group or class discussions or even for a colorful display on your classroom wall? All sheets have a space for the student’s name. The 6 topic areas are: About me If I were… At school Out of school My Holidays My goals Each topic is presented as a work sheet with boxes for illustrations, as a page for a mind map, and as a writing frame. These 18 sheets are well suited for class activities as well as for differentiation. All could be completed independently. This resource could also be used with EFL students. These packs are ideal for introduction, discussion or revision of the topics listed above. PLEASE NOTE: Some pictures in the topic packs ‘addiction’ and ‘covid-19’ are not suitable for younger learners. Care should be taken when using these with learners who are under 16 years (addiction) or under 10 years (covid-19) of age! Please kindly respect the time it took me to format the included resources. Suitable for discussion and use in many subjects, like geography, environmental science, ESL, MFL, e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian etc… the 48 pictures will surely encourage learners to talk about climate change. Pictures are presented in various sizes, i.e. 1, 2, 4 and 12 to a page. This allows for a variety of activities, from flash cards to pairs games, depending on the age of your learners. A PowerPoint presentation features all 48 pictures as well as slide 1 for you to adapt to your needs and an empty slide at the end to allow you to add anything you would like. The presentation file is also included as a .pdf file. The colourful pictures can just as easily be printed in black and white.
