› A 10 lesson physical education course with follow-along videos for grade 2-6 students
I am excited to share my latest PE course, the Super Sport Star sessions course! It’s whole new and exciting way for you to deliver sport at your school. I’ve recorded a collection of 10 high-quality video lessons for your grades 2-6 class to practice and develop their sport skills in real-time with me, Coach Danny…
✮ 10 follow-along PE lessons for students to work individually ✮
You’ll get access to a collection of 10 video lessons (downloaded via GoogleDrive). The students will be working individually in the sports hall with their own equipment, as we work through the fundamental skills needed for different sports like basketball, tennis, soccer, and volleyball. They’ll also be developing locomotion, hand-eye co-ordination, reaction-time and more, through various challenges, tasks and drills. The idea is to play the videos via projector onto a wall at one end of the gymnasium.
The lessons vary from 25-35 minutes (and can be easily adapted to be shorter or longer), and are structured with a warm-up, main activities, and stretching & cool down. As we work through the tasks, I’m also educating your students about the different bones, muscles and mechanics involved, so it’s an awesome and new way to deliver physical education with your school.
There are 2 types of sessions to choose from:
• 6 x ’Skill sessions’: These sessions focus on the technique needed for particular sports skills. At the end of each lesson there are some questions to check for understanding (answers given during the session!)
•* 4 x ‘Circuit sessions’*: These sessions are setup so students rotate through 3 different equipment objects, practicing a different variation each time for around 90 seconds
For each lesson you’ll also get an overview/plan, which can be printed out or followed along with on the iPad…
You can watch an example session here on my YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/XxrKaF1bqsI
So with over 90 different skills, warm-ups and fitness tasks, this course is a whole new way to teach physical education, and your students will be greatly engaged with this dynamic approach. And of course, I do the teaching so you don’t have to!

56 specific sport skill slides with technique, coaching cues and demonstration for striking, moving, bouncing, throwing & catching, and kicking
This is one of the most valuable resources for any teacher needing help and reference for their physical education. Simply put up the slides onto your digital boards, projectors, or tablets, and have students learn and follow along as we cover all the fundamental sport skills they need to develop, as demonstrated by me Coach Danny!
Why do you need this pack?..
1. 56 Clear video clip demonstrations (powerpoint slides)
I’ve filmed every exercise individually, and compiled them into powerpoint slide files. There you’ll be able to see exactly how to perform each task with the correct technique, complete with clear coaching cues for students to use as a reference.
The younger grades can copy the movement & skills patterns as they work out their co-ordination and feel for the skills, whilst the older grades begin to implement the correct technique with the coaching cues, and fine-tune to become more effective.
Visual learning is a huge part of learning the variety of sport abilities. Students need clear demonstrations to copy, so in the video clips I really highlight the fundamental pointers with slow-motion and animation to focus on the key areas to perform the skill effectively. They cover:
• Striking - (tennis, baseball, hockey, volleyball)
• Moving - (locomotion, skipping, dodging, jumping…)
• Bouncing - (basketball)
• Throwing & catching - (American football, baseball, frisbee, rugby…)
• Kicking - (soccer)
2. Skills covered
Students will discover and teach themselves the skills, such as:
• baseball throwing, pop-fly catching & ground ball fielding • soccer dribbling, passing & skills • basketball shooting & passing • volleyball digs, sets, spikes & serves • movement by skipping, jumping, shuffling, hopping • tennis/paddle serves, forehand & backhand strikes • frisbee throws • rugby passes • American football kicks & throws…
By learning the building blocks of these fundamental skills, students will greatly develop their transferrable skills and overall co-ordination, tracking & balance using different equipment.
3. Practical & complete PE learning tool
You can put up the slides on your projector or screen in the gym hall when going through a particular sports skill. They can also be loaded up onto the iPads, and as student practice, they can refer to the video clips and coaching cues for reference. That means you the teacher just need to help facilitate - I’ve done all the hard work for you!
So this is an incredibly valuable resource, not only for teachers and class students, but for college students studying education, parents, sports coaches, professional development and much more…
