Most young people struggle to understand how to create pie charts and so this simple presentation breaks down the steps for learners to practice completing the calculations in order to know and understand the process to work out how many degrees a section of a pie chart should take.

Really good resource to use when teaching gradient to learners. My learners have found this really beneficial and has helped them to calculate gradient using the formulas and examples provided. Worksheets can be found online for free. Please leave feedback if you do use it.

Two activities provided one for higher level learners and one for lower level learners to understand how instructions should be laid out and how to predict the order it should go in. All you have to do is print and cut up for learners to then put the instructions in the correct order. This activity works really well for all learners and can be followed on with a task of writing their own instructions for either a hobby they do, a recipe they know how to make or even how to build something.
