MEMORY (MATCHING) GAME is a fun and motivating game for children and students of all ages. There are tons and tons of ways to use your own matching games in your classroom. This editable template will let you create your own memory cards for any grade level or subject. This resource contains an PowerPoint file, with detailed instructions on how to edit and print the memory cards. I have designed the file to work in 3 different sizes and/or shapes, including different backside designs. The template can be reused over and over again. Tarsia Math Puzzle: MULTIPLICATION & DIVISION BY 10, 100, 1000 In this activity, students will practice multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000, as they piece together the pieces of each tarsia puzzle (5 DIFFERENT PUZZLES INCLUDED). Students will match their answers with a separate puzzle piece until all the math problems have been solved and the puzzle is completed. These MATH TARSIA PUZZLES are a FUN way for students to practice their multiplication facts that doesn’t involve a worksheet. The puzzle activity works well for individuals, as well as small groups. Alternatively, you can set up stations around the room, and have students or groups rotate to each station for a new math puzzle/game. This resource includes: -5 differentiated tarsia puzzles with a different puzzle shape for each -5 answer keys -Teacher directions Suggestions for using this resource: -Print multiple copies of each tarsia puzzle and place the pieces in separate plastic bags for safekeeping. -Print the puzzles on colored paper if you find the black and white version too “dull”. -Print the puzzles on A3 sized paper if you want the pieces extra large. -Laminate the puzzle pieces BEFORE your students cut them out. It will allow you to use them for years to come. -Code the backside of each puzzle piece, so it is easier to find which plastic bag they belong to in case they get mixed up with other pieces. Enjoy this Editable Venn Diagram TEMPLATE to help your students comparing and contrasting two different topics. Venn Diagrams can be used as formative assessments with any topic your students are studying in your (Google) classroom. This resource consists of a Google Slides file, with 2 different versions of the Venn Diagram (Oval and Column Venn Diagram), each with different designs and colored templates. There are editable text fields or text boxes on each of the 16 templates. To edit, simply type into the text fields or text boxes. List the similarities in the middle section and the differences in the outer circles. You can resize the text boxes as needed in order to fit the different parts of the graphic organizer. The background of the Venn Diagram is ‘locked’ and the only thing the students can edit are the text fields and the text boxes. This prevents the students from deleting anything by accident. You will need Google Drive™ in order to access this resource. Your students will also need Google™ accounts so they can access the activity. Sharing via Google Classroom™ is recommended, but sharing through Google Drive™ is another option. The resource can ALSO be downloaded, printed and used as a handout in the classroom.
