Word problems for adding and subtracting fractions on 3 A4 sheets with a Halloween theme. Differentiated, engaging and complete with answers. Moving onto problems with different denominators, then onto word problems consisting of adding and subtracting mixed numbers and improper fractions. They will need to convert percentages and decimals to fractions in order to add or subtract with them. Final questions ask for reasoning and diagrams to prove mathematical understanding.
