A behaviour contract (or behavior contract for the US teachers) can be a powerful tool for improving unacceptable student behavior. When a student acknowledges their behaviours and the impact on learning for themselves and others, it can lead to massive change.
This PDF contract is designed to be talked through with the student, with them having an input on the steps they can take to change their behavior. Having the consequences written will help the student focus on improvement. Ideally the student, teacher and parent/guardian should sign the contract.
There are two different versions included and both versions are available with US and UK spellings.

Each gameboard boasts a 5x5 grid formation, with a ‘Free Space’ square in the center. Every square encompasses a description, an illustrative image, and space for a classmate’s signature. The goal? Connect with classmates, discover commonalities, and collect signatures. But here’s the twist: each student can only sign twice, and participants can sign their own board once. The race is on to achieve 5 signatures in a row, be it horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. The first one to do so gets to shout, “BINGO!”
Clear instructions on each page ensure gameplay is straightforward and fun. Plus, there’s an allocated space for the student’s name and date, making it easy to keep track of each board.
Why “Find Someone Who…”? This game is more than just bingo. It’s about building bridges between students, understanding diverse experiences, and creating a cohesive classroom community. Whether you’re starting a new school year, introducing new students, or simply looking for a fun-filled class activity, “Find Someone Who…” is your go-to choice.
Let your students embark on a journey of discovery, connection, and fun. Download now and let the games begin!

Aligns with Key Learning Objectives: Whilst championing free-form creativity, the prompts also resonate with pivotal writing and reading comprehension competencies.
How We Use this Resource:
"I have primarily used this (with children between the ages of 7 and 11) as a morning activity and as an online lesson during lockdown, with the children trained to come in, look at the board where the image and story starter sentence is displayed and are then free to discuss with fellow students or start writing their own descriptive paragraph or short narrative. They became brilliant at it and the frequent practice led to fantastic progress in their longer form creative writing.
We would sometimes read the example paragraph together, before, during or after they write. It was fun to identify similar themes to their own stories.
If we had time, or if they were struggling, we’d look at the questions together and see if pair, group or class discussion helped them get started."
Ideal For:
Creative Writing Tasks
Classroom Debates
Invigorating Starter Activities
Thoughtful Journaling Prompts
Homework Tasks
The slides give further details on 10 different ways you can use this resource in the classroom.
Dive into the world of StoryScape and watch as your pupils’ creativity soars. This pack is a must-have for educators eager to nurture a passion for writing and narrative exploration.

This ‘game’ has been designed to be used as a whole class activity to introduce the importance of rivers. The children will need to make decisions at each stage, with their decisions having an impact on what happens next - in true ‘choose your own adventure’ style.

This is a Google Sheet for entering student data for multiple assessments (it is configured for up to 52 assessments and 36 students, although you can add more, or delete, if needed).
You can have a difficult value for the total number of marks available for each assessment. It will use the value you input and the students score to calculate a percentage automatically.
In addition, it will colour-code the scores against your chosen banding data (Eg. For an assessment out of 20, you might have: above average > 15, average 6-14, below average < 5).
Finally, it is set up to create a bar chart showing each child’s scores across the different assessments (so each child gets their own bar chart). You could use this to help the children to see trends and possible areas of weakness or where further work may be needed.
This assessment sheet was created as part of testing for an improvement to our Google Sheets Editable Teacher Planner and is released free, either for users of our planner to insert into their planner, or as a standalone resource.
You will receive a PDF with a link to the Google Drive to make a copy of the resource.
