I was finding that in many of my drama groups, certain students would inevitably end up fulfilling the same roles within their groups. For example, there would always be a natural leader emerge who would boss everyone around, and others who were happy to be passengers. This handy little resource shakes things up a bit and makes sure that all members of the group are fully involved and invested in the devising process.
