I am a GTP student and MFL teacher, with a degree in Modern Arts from la Sorbonne, Paris and I am completely bilingual in French & English with a good knowledge of German. I created my own company TALK FRENCH 5 years ago, teaching languages to over 250 people a week in Adult Education, Secondary and Primary schools in Cumbria. Previous to this role, I was Editor at Lakeland Limited (Mail Order-led kitchenware company in the Lakes). During my three years at Lakeland, turnover increased from £85m to £120m. This was acknowledged to be mostly due to the increase in catalogue production from 16 to 20 per year under my guidance. Before that, I was catalogue and e-commerce manager at Lakefield Marketing Limited (trading as Peter Rabbit and Friends)whose flagship website, which I developed and was responsible for, won the Computer Weekly E-Business Excellence Award in November 2001 I am professional, creative, passionate, dedicated, hard working, organised and extremely motivated.
