Expanding sentences
This ppt starts with the explanation of the English sentence structure. Then it goes on with collecting question words for different parts of speech (with example sentences). Finally, there are practice slides where students are given a basic complete sentence, and by giving possible answers to question words they have to extend the sentence, putting the words into their relevant places in the sentence.
