BTEC Level 3 Sport Unit 2
Fitness Training and Programming for Health, Sport and Wellbeing
Contains all the content from Unit 2 (A B C D & E) on 4 knowledge organisers
Exam preparation
I have revamped my old notes so that they are easier to understand and retrieve the information. I have included in the notes examples of training sessions as pupils find this hard to do when under the pressure of exams. (they are also easier to edit)
can be used in several ways:
I give these to the pupils I teach as it helps them make their own notes for the exam preparation
They can be used as knowledge organisers so pupils can retrieve information or focus on areas they need to revise
I have included in the bundle the original word documents as well as PDF files so that can be easily edited.
