Mental health first aid kit work sheets. Students can use these to identify positive coping skills for sensory difficulties and emotional issues. Examples of what to put in the ‘first aid kit’ could include wearing ear defenders, eating regularly and having non-verbal communication aids on hand for when anxiety peaks.
