I am the Founder of Flow In Action www.flowinaction.org I work to increase young people's wellbeing by empowering them to be optimistic agents of change. Grounded in Positive Education and Social Innovation expertise and principles, I work to embed core leadership skills, entrepreneurial mind-set and life-skills to build resilience, optimism and wellbeing in young people. I create inclusive spaces where each individual, at whatever level, develops and connects their personal, people and thinking skills with their knowledge, so that they are able to take action as 21st Century problem-solvers. I have worked for 20+ years as a change-maker, across sectors, and understand the challenges of taking action as a global citizen.
