This powerpoint covers the lesson on factors affecting the rate of photosynthesis and follows on from my first photosynthesis lesson (available free on here). There is a starter quiz assessing the basics of photosynthesis (from lesson 1) and then slides going through the limiting factors which can be used for all abilities with optional slides for stretch and challenge. Exam questions and markscheme included as plenary.

This activity can be printed as a booklet for students. Designed to last 70 minutes so could be used over 2 lessons or as a homework.
Leads students through an active and effective revision method for cell division (the second part of B1, not including cells or transport) including exam questions and mark scheme.
All students will need extra is access to a revision guide or computer for one section of the activity.

The first intro lesson on enzymes - does not include the required practical but covers theory inc lock and key theory/specificity, optimum pH and temperature (not inc denaturing yet!)
