In this product I've included 2 colourful Cafe shop menus. Prices are in pounds and pence. The second menu shows prices in pence only. Each menu comes with 12 task cards/ worded problems for children to solve. These differentiated activities are suitable for KS2 Years 3 - 5.
A PowerPoint lesson (with comments), a recording sheet and a set of extension cards.
The lesson is part of Year 3/4 Science topic of Animals, including Humans.
It offers children an opportunity to conduct their own investigation by measuring leg bones to see if there is a connection between the length of one's legs and their jump.
Included colourful illustrations, a game, video links, measuring to the nearest cm practice, plenty of opportunities for discussion and an extension activity.
