A short version of Alan’s Big Scary Teeth by Jarvis for use as a Talk 4 Writing model text in Key Stage 1. Emphasis on character description and included adverbs and time connectives too. Also included is the story presented on slides with pictures as a story book. Super fun to teach with actions. Innovations on this have been pirate themed and alien themed. Both produced great results from the children.
