Paris 2024 Olympic Wordsearch Stuednts smust find the French words in the wordsearch for the sports/events taking place during the Paris 2024 Olympics. I have also included the answers. Ideal for a cover lesson and/or accompaniment for Dynamo 2 Moduule 5. I have an addictional resource matching the Paris 2024 Pictograms. This included the same vocabulary and would work well together.

An introduction to future plans concerning education. This lesson links well with Studio 3 Module 3. Slide 2 can be printed and used as a worksheet. Mini whiteboards are useful with this resource. My resource Future Plans - Lifestyle’ is a great follow on to this lesson and is a very similar format.

I created these resources to try to engage a more challenging group who weren’t opting for French at GCSE. I used it as a follow to Module 4 in Studio 3 and as an End of year project. The class completed the tasks then worked in groups to create their own cabin crew style presentations / videos - they loved it and so did I :-)

Display: Interactive French Calendar (les jours, les dates, les mois, les saisons, le temps) Use this display each day to show the day, date, month, season and weather. This is ideal for a primary or secondary classroom. Move the green boxes and arrows to high-light the appropriate word/number/image each day. It’s a good idea to laminate the green boxes and arrows so that that last longer if they are being moved each day. Pupils really enjoy being in charge of changing the display - they also enjoy reminding me when I’ve forgotten :-)
