I have been a teacher and leader for 15 years in Secondary Education. Some of my roles include: Head of Department, Head of Faculty (individual schools and Trust wide), Head of House (Pastoral), Lead for student leadership/student voice. I have a PGCE, a NLPQM and have been lucky enough to be a founding member of a new school in Cambridge.
