A powerpoint created by myself and a classmate when we were in first year of our A-Level English Language course. The task was to create a powerpoint outlining grammar terminology for nouns/adjectives/verbs/etc. aimed at children aged 10 to 12. While it is not comprehensive, it could be useful as a starting point for teaching an introduction. Please feel free to edit it as suits you!

This opinion article was written as coursework for the 2019 series A-Level exams. It scored highly on style, and the student has done their research in attempting to use language which appeals to a conservative readership, as the article was to be written in the style of The Telegraph.

For AQA A Level English Language Paper 1: Language, the Individual and Society. This model answer achieved 68/70 (A*) and answered the practice questions on the topic of “Rudeness”. These are attached. The rights to the articles themselves belong to their respective owners, and the file is only in the pack for reference.

This model answer forms part of the AQA English Language A-Level coursework component, where students are encouraged to carry out their own language investigation. This answer investigates second language acquisition. It attains full marks: 50/50.

This (20 page!) document includes most of (not all!) the key knowledge you should know for the FRG segment of the Germany unit. I used it to create flashcards, and it worked quite well. If you can, try to find things to add to it so it becomes even more useful for you! Use it for consolidation after doing the topics too. The way it’s structured is a little bit strange, but you can always change it!

A seven-page document including some key facts/knowledge/evidence to have for Section C for the Germany exam for Edexcel A Level History. These facts formed the bulk of my arguments, but make sure you have done detailed work in understanding the perspectives of particular historians, as you will probably have to analyse a source in the exam.

Another 40-page document outlining the key facts for the Italy exam! This time with memes. I will say that I didn’t do as well on the Italy exam primarily because the question was on the late 1920s, which I didn’t have as much to say on. I would recommend expanding on that section if you get the chance - perhaps it’s because I didn’t have any memes to help me remember.
