This was an observed lesson and includes in depth explanation for the observers (non-EY specialists) of how the lesson will look, which Continuous Provision activities the children are accessing on the theme for the week, what their prior learning is and how the children are developing their skills across all areas of learning and Characteristics of Effective Learning (9 pages).
Story scribing is used to build writing skills in Early Years. This is a checklist of expectations for children of different abilities in Reception for adults to use as they work with the children to ensure high standards and enable all staff/volunteers/students to move learning forwards. The sounds/tricky words expected to be known are based on those used in Actiphons and Letters and Sounds, so may need adjusting if you use alternative phonics programmes.

Reception Early Learning Goal evidence gathering sheet used to collect evidence for any areas where you feel you need more evidence.
I used it for TAs and volunteers/students in class to aid with evidence gathering in Spring 2/Summer 1 when nearing data submission.
I saved a copy for each child and deleted the boxes for the areas I knew were secure and had enough evidence, then printed each child's copy for use in the setting.
