#Description
2 or more players required. Printable document.
Tried and tested by students in a 16-19 setting.
This game can be played by 2 or more people. Student can plays 1 V 1 or they can play in groups.
The pack can be printed and cut out. It can also be laminated to preserve quality and be reused again.
How to use: One student will hold the card above their head (without looking), the other student/s will use sums to explain what is on the card, without actually saying the number on the card. If the student can guess the number on the card, they get to keep it (classed as a point).
If a student cannot guess, they can pass on the card and it is put back in the pile and they loose their turn. The student with the most cards at the end of the game is a winner.
To increase the difficulty, you can add a timer.

A great addition to a lesson, tried and tested with my students who enjoyed the challenge.
A perfect opportunity to embed Maths and English into sessions.
Students must unscramble the words to work out their meaning. All words relate to the topic of terrorism and prevent.
Students can work individually or as a small group to solve.
Teachers can also add in a timer to add some extra pressure.
Students are then asked to convert the amount of words they correctly guessed into a percentage.
