This is a power point that gives a lesson by lesson break down for teaching unit 1 of the BTEC First Level 1 / Level 2 in Hospitality. The power point contains lesson structure; title, TBAT’s, starters, success criteria, key word lists, information, tasks, plenaries for each lesson and a practice exam question for each lesson. There are also a set of exam questions at the end of the unit.
Been using this for some time with success with our students.
