Toolkit focusing on (i) the use of the Nominative and the Accusative and (ii) word order in main and subordinate clauses. I made this for my Year 9 FL2 beginners, who like grammar. They really do.

Simple Powerpoint to help beginners practise the pronunciation of the following phonemes: ie ei e w v ch sch. I've used vocab which has cropped up in their lessons so far. If necssary, change this to vocab your classes are familiar with.

Three character descriptions of the the three central characters in the film Die Fetten Jahre Sind Vorbei. Pupils have to read the descriptions and work out which character is being described in each case.

I've piggybacked a load of Foundation Reading Comp questions from my other resources onto the Trivial Pursuit template created by Helen Wolfenden. Worked well with students who are getting a bit worn out and revision-averse just as they should be hanging on my every word ...

A text about a young werewolf whose best friend is a vampire. The text features many examples of masculine and feminine adjectival agreement. It is followed by (i) comprehension questions in English (ii) a "find the phrase" activity with the focus on adjectival endings (iii) two sets of adjectives for analysis with room to write down notes.

This multi-choice interactive IW resource has 150 key GCSE words embedded into it. Each time you open it, it will select at random 35 of the 150 words, display them in random order, and also arrange the multi-choice answers randomly. It should never be quite the same activity twice!
