UK-trained English/TOK/Computer Science and Design Teacher with 16 years experience and training in IBDP/IB MYP/IGCSE. I have leadership experience as IGCSE Coordinator, IBDP TOK & CAS Coordinator and CIE Exam Officer. Additionally, I have experience of successful CIS and IB Reviews in my role as Coordinator (as well as a number of Ofsted inspections in the UK) and was responsible for the creation of the Senior School Timetable using aSc software. Outside the classroom, I have experience of leading a range of trips and have up-to-date IBDP Workshop Category 2 experience in English A, TOK, Computer Science and IB MYP Design. Excellence in my teaching practice is hugely important to me, with past cohorts routinely achieving 6 or 7 at IB and A/A* in IGCSE. One of my students received the 'Best in China' award for their English Literature IGCSE course. I am experienced in mentoring/supporting teachers and place significant importance of the value of inclusive, collaborative education.
