This New Years 2024 includes a silly New Years Poem and a simple goal setting sheet for young learners to make New Years Resolutions. I plan to copy these pages front and back, that way we can read the poem together and then they can work on making some goals for 2024.

Happy New Year Poem This is a “Happy New Year” poem that you can use with your students to help ring in 2022! I like to write the poem on chart paper for my students and give them a copy to read in their reading binder. For distance learning you can share your screen with your students and read together. I like to have my students find letters, words, and punctuation in the poem.
