This resource has everything you will need to plan, create and make smoothies for KS2 and KS3. An ideal resource for post SATS in year 6. The lesson has all the smart boards and powerpoints with the resources for each lesson. The unit of work moves through from conducting research through data collection and analysing results to designing the smooth, taste testing, budgeting and profit margins, creating a pitch, designing and making packaging and food labels, making and selling to evaluating. This resource has been used as an apprentice style/ enterprise unit of work where children develop their team building skills and art of negotiation.
