I use these to meet the requirements for risk assessment in pretty much any subjects risk assessment criteria (mainly BTEC engineering and C&G courses). They can be used across any level, the activity sheets are a simplified version of an engineering companies risk assessment. There are freely available templates to use on the HSE website, but these are very generalised and much too complex for teaching.
