Practise a range of verbs which are followed by an infinitive with a game of pelmanism and practise common infinitives with this Fanfold activity. The vocabulary is particularly suited to 'Describing your Region' but could be adapted to match other G.C.S.E. topics.
Use these resources to help your students prepare for the general conversation topic, 'Describing your Region/Town'. There is also a sequencing activity and a sentence structure activity will reinforce key vocabulary and word order. A cutty-up task will help your students understand the position of an adjective + agreement in relation to nouns.

I have included a crossword puzzle with clues in French which is great to test comprehension at the end of the topic. This is the second resource on the GCSE topic of social media which deals mainly with the advantages and disadvantages of mobile technology. 1ppt. and 19 pages of exercises.
Your students will learn to use the irregular verbs, aller, faire, vouloir, pouvoir and devoir in the Present Tense through a range of carefully designed tasks.
Their vocabulary range will improve as they find synonyms, identify the meaning of specific French vocabulary in reading tasks and translate.
I have also included tasks which require matching questions and answers and there are speaking tasks, to do in pairs, which will help improve performance both in role play and general conversation.
There is a writing task which requires students to write between 90 and 150 words by answering 9 key questions. In this way, your students can begin to build up a portfolio in preparation for the written exam.
There is a teacher led listening task with an accompanying worksheet and ppt. Great practice to develop listening skills and it should help your students improve pronunciation.
