We are looking to appoint a part-time administration officer whose primary responsibilities will be to support our sixth form team. If you are friendly, well organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a “can-do” attitude, this may be a great opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will join our front office team, providing administration support in a very busy environment. The post will suit a calm and well organised person who is happy to work under their own initiative and can confidently prioritise demands. As a member of our front office team, it will be very important that the successful candidate is a friendly, confident and welcoming individual.

 

The successful person will support our sixth form by managing sixth form attendance and providing administration support. They will also work alongside colleagues in the front office team, assisting them where possible. It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

The post is for 25 hours per week, across 5 days, with a suggested work pattern from 9.15 am to 2.45 pm (including a 30 minute unpaid lunch break). You will be required to work 39 weeks per year, which is currently term time plus 25 hours during the summer holidays, including working GCSE results day. 

The salary will be paid at KR5 starting at £14,095 p.a. (pro rata to FTE £24,040 to £25,002)
