<p>This resource was designed to support GCSE Music revision for any exam board. It highlights the MATDSHIRT acronym, the corresponding elements, and the main terms / descriptors / symbols for each element. The download contains three files:</p> <ul> <li>‘MADTSHIRT Poster’ as PDF.</li> <li>‘MADTSHIRT Poster’ as an editable PowerPoint presentation if you wish to tailor to your needs</li> <li>‘MADTSHIRT Worksheet’ - a version that students when learning about the elements or for revision.</li> </ul> <p>The poster was designed A1 so can be printed at any size without reduction in quality. My pupils also use A3 copies as cribsheets.</p> <p>The images for intervals in the ���Harmony’ section indicate the following: M2 - Happy Birthday, M3 - major sound, P4 - Here Comes the Bride, P5 - Star Wars, M6 - My Way (Frank Sinatra), M7 - tense / not quite there, octave - Somewhere Over the Rainbow.</p>
