BTEC Tech Award in Music Practice: Component 1 TASK 1 & 2

I have created this toolkit for BTEC Music Practice Component One Task 1 and 2. This practical set of worksheets are designed to support teachers and students through the coursework. Aimed at enhancing student engagement and understanding, it provides structured resources for the component.

It contains:

Task 1 - Understanding Musical Styles:

• DAW Project (Remix/Arrangement): A worksheet guiding students to structure their course work for digital remixing or arranging a track in a DAW, focusing on the creative application of techniques and theme integration.
• Live Performance : A worksheet guiding students to structure their course work for planning and executing a live performance, including song selection, and expression.
• Original Song or Composition: A worksheet guiding students to structure their course work for composing an original song or musical piece, emphasizing creativity, style integration, and exploration.
