Converging lenses bundle - Presentation & 4 worksheets - GCSE/equivalent

This bundle contains a number of resources to teach the action of converging lenses, as is required by the CIE IGCSE Curriculum & equivalents.

The bundle contains 1 presentation & 4 worksheets. The key ideas activity that they cover is using the three lens ray rules to find the locationan and nature of an image given the position of an object in front of a converging lens.

Worksheet 1 - a notes worksheet allowing students to annotate the three ray rules.

Worksheet 2 - a worksheet allowing students to practice these rules, applying them to cases with different object distances.

Worksheet 3 - an example exam-style question, where students need to use the ray rules to find the location and nature of an image.
