Useful for school leaders or Govt Education department education workers.
What a gifted and talented Co-ordinator will do.
I aim to start by looking at the aims of the Gifted and Talented Programme within the EIC.
Next I will look at the Vision and then relate it to reality.
I will then move on to show where we are at present and have used the information received in the Strategic plan to help with this.
I will then move on to the future and what effect a co-ordinator will have on the LEA, the school and governors, the parents and the pupils.
