Guided Reading Planning for the book 'Journey to the River Sea'.
The planning was intended for a more able Year 5 group, but can be used within Year 6 or at a slower pace with Year 4. Planning covers four weeks of guided reading sessions. Some key questions are noted on the plan too.
Planning includes links to Framework Strands and Reading Assessment Focuses (AFs). There is also a box for observations and comments to link to APP.
