This set of resources have been designed accompany Unit 2 of the OCR GCSE Business Studies course. It covers 2.1 The Role of Marketing, 2.2 Market Research, 2.4 Market Segmentation and 2.4 The Marketing Mix.

In all there are 19 different files. Each unit has a PowerPoint presentation and is accompanied by class worksheets/tasks and or exam questions and answers and other activities. I have tried to put together a whole unit of work with a view to a new teacher coming into the subject, a very busy Head of Department who needs to set work for a supply teacher or as is normally the case the economics or technology specialist parachuted in to cover a unit of work.

There are no whizzy bang animations or graphics, the resources can be illustrated easily with local business logos and entrepreneurs and pictures. I have focused on Business content and very much had my own classes in mind when developing these resources.
