The aim of this lesson is to look at some of issues related to different ways of producing goods

The class will be divided into three teams (Job, Batch & Flow)

Each group is to operate as a factory, producing paper dice. The aim is for each group to produce as many dice as possible in 25 minutes.

Each dice must meet the rigorous quality standards, which are set by the customer’s buyers. Each team must decide how they can best ensure their dice are of an appropriate quality.
