MOTIVATE YOUR GCSE STUDENTS WITH WORLD CUP TASKS!
With this multi-activity resource, students will:
1/ Revise key vocabulary and phrases about football in a gap fill and match up task as a warm up tasks
2/ They will then move on to 13 reading, research and translation tasks using the French version of the FIFA website.
4/ Finally there is a 90-word paragraph task based on sports.
Instructions are in French to ensure students get prepared for French rubrics in their GCSE’s.
A separate answers Powerpoint and model answer for the 90-word task is also included. The latter has useful tips for planning a high scoring paragraph successfully.
