Myth and Religion: Temple of Zeus Olympia

This bundle includes a range of tasks and activities around the Temple of Zeus in Olympia. There is also a mini assessment - smaller mark questions - to maintain the link to the GCSE. The PPT will easily cover 2-3 lessons. It recaps previous lessons, introduces the idea of classical architecture and then focuses on the metopes of Heracles' labours at the temple of Zeus at Olympia. Once the class has an understanding of this, they can look at the entire sculpture of the Temple and create their own page about it.
