This lesson / resource covers Recruitment and Selection with the following learning objectives and been designed for GCSE Business Studies. This resource has two lessons and covers all aspect of Recruitment and Selection.

Lesson 1 Learning objectives/Outcomes:

• Know the difference between Full Time and Part Time staff
• Understand why businesses might use External / Internal Recruitment
• Understand the process by which businesses recruit staff
• Recruitment / Selection
• Know all the different steps to recruit staff

Lesson 2 Learning objectives/Outcomes:

• Understand the difference between a Job Description, Person Specification and Job Advert
• Know the features of what makes a good and bad recruitment document

All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and all my lessons are for a double lesson i.e. to take around 1 hour and fifty minutes so they can be separated into two single lessons if required.

The aim of all my resources is to provide lessons / activities of good quality that will add value to your lessons / schemes of work without any extra planning.
