Spanish phonics teacher card - Key Stage 2 MFL to support children/teacher subject knowledge

**This A4 sheet can be laminated to provide a reference for Spanish phonics. Each has a brief explanation and then an example word in Spanish. I use this to improve teacher subject knoweldge and provide a quick reference during lessons. **

The children can have access to this, but also use stickers that I’ve made from this within every lesson. Each lesson has a phonics focus and has one from the list on the card. The small sticker goes at the top of the page in the margin at the start of the lesson. These are repeated at least once in every year to support retention.

I am also working on a video clip for each and a QR code so that each sound can be heard.

Any mistakes spotted, I will very gladly correct; however, this resource has already been checked by a secondary school language lead.
