UPDATED DECEMBER 2019 - I have adapted the PowerPoint to make it more accessible for our foundation students whilst still keeping extension tasks for higher students. I have also added a translation worksheet based on the topic of uniform.
Lesson and vocabulary sheets based on the new Viva GCSE AQA Spanish textbook - Module 2 Mi vida en el insti - punto de partida 2. This unit covers school uniform and describing the school day.
The lesson includes exercises from the textbook alongside some activities that I have also added.
One of the vocabulary sheets is for items of clothing - students have to match the English and Spanish correctly. The other sheet is a grid for reference on adjective endings.
In each of my GCSE Spanish lessons I am trying to cover all of the skills - this lesson includes reading, listening, translation and writing tasks from the textbook alongside my own activities on spontaneous speech, translation and adjective agreement.
Our lessons our 100 minutes long so there is possibly enough for two hour long lessons in this PowerPoint.
