Virtual Talks from Blue Cross pet charity about Pets and Pet care
The Blue Cross Education team have postponed our face to face education talks and workshops in schools for the time being. Whilst we are no longer able to visit in person, our Digital outreach programme offers virtual talks via Zoom, Adobe Connect and other platforms in school. Delivered by Education officers talk topics include:
• What Pets need
• Being Safe around Dogs
• History of Blue Cross in WWI&II
Each 30-minute session comes complete with resources, games and activities to make the session fun, engaging and with a link to animal, pet and safety topics. If you would like to book a virtual talk or for more information on how to access our programme please email education@bluecross.org.uk

Blue Cross Learning resources for all ages in Google Classroom.
Blue Cross has produced short, bite-sized online lessons to help children and young people learn about looking after pets. All curriculum-linked tasks have quizzes and activities to keep the session fun.
All lessons are categorised by age and key stage with an indication of how long it will take, to help you find the most suitable one for your child. For younger age groups, you may need to help set up Google Classroom and supervise where necessary.
