This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at act four of the play Othello. The lesson looks at key scenes within act four and the relevance of the character Bianca and how she impacts the rest of the play. The lesson has several opportunities for AFL as well as a model response and an opportunity for learners to develop their responses to exam questions.

This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at questions three, four and five for paper one, explorations in creative reading and writing. The lesson helps learners to gain a strong understanding of both language and structure and how to apply these to exam responses. The lesson has many opportunities for AFL and includes model responses.

This is a fully differentiated lesson looking focusing largely on chapter seven of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. The lesson works well for revision as it tests learner’s ability to recall the key chapters within the novella and they key events.
The lesson moves on to look at the theme of good and evil and how this is conveyed in key sections of the text. The lesson works well both face-to-face as well as online and have been tried and tested with my own groups.

This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at the poem The Prelude by William Wordsworth. The lesson looks at the contextual information regarding the poem and helps learners to draw links between this and the other poems in the anthology.
