This is a lesson for Sociology AS Level Research Methods - on Questionnaires. This is a fully planned lesson, with resources, and timings are adaptable to suit the needs of the learners. There is a pairing revision task on P.E.T. issues as a starter. It also includes a differentiated Sociologist Chart which can be used with students that struggle to take notes at appropriate pace set by the teacher. Positivism & Interpretivism is also covered in this lesson. This lesson can be adapted for the use of Psychology Research Methods too. The first part of the lesson covers the Sociology AS Research Methods AQA Spec looking at Experiments whilst the second part looks at surveys and sampling in the same spec. There are two worksheets attached to this lesson which can be used to help pupils structure notes.
