POINTS PURSUIT is a gamified revision strategy that can be integrated with any rewards system of your choosing and is a nice way to increase competition. Questions start off as low demand at the top and then progressively increase in difficulty as students move down the sheet - please note that I have used this activity style with higher ability classes and many students have started at the bottom to gain the most points and then worked their way up the sheet as an effective strategy.
We also have POINTS PURSUIT topic revision for the entirety of Paper 1. Download for only £4 here: https://www.tes.com/teaching-resource/resource-12926849
This revision mat covers the AQA combined science Specific Heat Capacity and Specific Latent Heat calculations and was designed for use in end of year revision for year 10 students but could easily be used for higher ability year 9s.

Plus 1 Card Sort Activity:
Pathogens and Diseases
This download includes 2 card sort activities to allow for differentiation.
The first card sort is more suited for higher ability students as students are required to match diseases to their symptoms and methods of transmission and then separate these into the 4 pathogens.
The second card sort is more suited for lower ability students as this is a domino style activity where students will make a chain of cards with their answer from the previous card leading directly onto their next question. This makes it a lot easier for students to spot their mistakes.
Either activity could be easily used as a seated information hunt.
