This resource has been designed for students working towards Entry Level 3 Functional Skills English certification (Edexcel-Pearson, NCFE, City and Guilds, NOCN and Open Awards). It contains an age-appropriate, 32- page workbook on the Entry Level 3 writing component - use mostly correct grammar (e.g. subject-verb agreement, consistent use of tense, definite and indefinite articles).
The workbook contains 10 information pages, 20 worksheets (with answers), a progress check and a certificate of achievement. The resource simply and clearly explains subject-verb agreement, tense consistency and definite and indefinite articles.
The workbook is provided in PDF format and an editable PowerPoint version to enable personalisation of the resource. It can be used for classwork, homework, revision or as an independent learning pack.
