This presentation is based on Edexcel GCSE book Anglo Saxon and Norman England (9-1), and has been made into a visual resource for EAL pupils, although can be used in all ability classes. Topic content: Anglo Saxon Church, the role of the king, bishops and local priests as well as monasteries in medieval society.
