Netball lesson plan - Passing and receiving (year 7)

This Lesson is a comprehensive lesson plan for passing and receiving in netball for beginners. It will be most appropriate for year 7 netball lessons. This was created to save time for busy teachers and is made so teachers with little/no netball experience can teach it just as well as those with lots. You should be able to teach a lesson with minimal preparation and I made these so in most cases they can be just picked up and taught. Each lesson has assessment levels, clear teaching points, afl opportunities and clear explanations of the tasks. There are no timings included as each school can vary in terms of lesson time. They should provide enough tasks for lessons of 40 minutes and above. The assessment levels are old national curriculum levels but the levels can be easily changed to reflect your own schools assessment models. Check out the SOW/set of lesson plans for year 7 here. An A3 skeleton that students can label using cut out labels 3. A set of quiz quiz trade cards 4. This hockey lesson is a comprehensive lesson plan for short corner skills for hockey beginners. It will be most appropriate for teaching to a group with no hockey experience e.g. year 7. This Rounding bingo activity is a really fun way of practising rounding. This BINGO activity has unlimited random (yes you read that right) questions. Skills include rounding to the nearest 10, 100, 1000, 10,000, 100,000, million, 10 million and whole numbers. Show the questions on an interactive whiteboard or projector.
