The summer term can be a bit hectic and so this is handy to have ready to incorporate into your day to keep pupils occupied and engaged during the summer months.
Scavenger hunts have many benefits such as:
enhancing cognitive skills
promoting physical activity
fostering teamwork
developing social skills
building confidence
promoting independence
Children can work individually or in a group to find the items on their list.
You can make it a race for first person to find four in a row or the whole page of items.
Fourteen Listen and Colour activites.
All you need to do to use these activities sheets is to read the sentence to the child and they follow the instruction. The activities are differentiated by the number of instructions and the complexity of what your child is being asked to do.
Alternatively you could use the activities as a reading activity where your child reads the instructions themselves and completes the task.
Listen and Colour activities support the development of colour recognition, descriptive language, shape recognition and recognising size differences.
A collection of place value charts to suit the individual needs of your child. The chart starts with tens and ones so as not to overwhelm a child at the beginning of their place value journey. As their knowledge grows they can move on to using the rest of the charts. A blank chart is included to add your own headings to.
Designed to develop knowledge and understanding of place value, these four fun activities are extremely adaptable - fitting a wide range of skill levels with zero hassle and minimal preparation. Watch your little one dive into games while secretly levelling up their number skills. It’s a win-win for both of you!
This product includes my Place Value Charts download.
This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. You will not receive a physical copy of the product.
This roll a story resource can help with your creative writing lessons. Pupils roll the dice to decide the setting, character, object and key word for their story. They then use these elements to help them with their story.

Draw What You See
These activities offer numerous benefits for a child’s development. Here are some key advantages:
Motor skills development
Creativity enhancement
Self expression
Problem solving
Confidence building
These activities provide a fun and engaging way for children to learn and grow.
All you need to do is print the resources and let your child be creative by turning the blob into their own designs. One child might turn a blob into a bee while another child turns the same blob into a butterfly. If you don’t have access to a printer you could use the markup took on a device in order to draw over the paint blobs.
