A thoughtfully structured creative writing lesson aimed at KS3 students using the character of Wednesday Addams as a stimulus. Students are tasked with writing a short story where Wednesday interacts with an eerie setting. Do Now task linking to lesson outcome Clear objective shared with students and linked back to previous learning Introduction to stimulus with discussion and feedback tasks to generate ideas Definition of sensory language and then a modelled task applying it to a setting for the creative writing Task for students to generate their own ideas for sensory language of two further settings Model opening shared and deconstructed End of lesson task linked back to objective with clear success criteria as well as sentence starters to support students with starting their creative writing

Covers all set products for assessment from 2024 A compilation of 160 exam style questions for the Eduqas GCSE Media Studies specification. The questions cover all sections across both components of the specification and assess the most recently updated set texts. All of the unseen resources are included along with clean copies of the set print texts where relevant. Where possible, the questions are different to previous exam questions therefore better preparing your students for possible questions (this resource previously successfully predicted the 2024 Component 1, Q2 comparison of MwtGG and Spy - this question has now been changed in light of this). Please note that due to copyright, extracts for Component 2 are unable to be included - please use your knowledge and expertise to best select these extracts to match the questions included. Every text has multiple exam questions for every section they appear in - for example, Quality Street has three sets of Section A Q1 and five sets of Section A Q2. There are 85 questions included for Component 1 and 75 questions for Component 2 (these cover all text options so regardless of your centre’s text choices you will receive 75 exam style questions).
