This resource is designed to enhance Biology students skills in simple and serial dilutions.
Mastering dilution techniques is fundamental for paper 3, practical exam for CIE and these slides provide several examples for students to practice the most common ones.
They also gain hands-on experience through these slides as I provide them with the material needed to prepare the dilutions after working out the numbers.
I use this presentation in combination with “Practical skills booklet” so that they can also practice past paper questions and other required skills such as graphs and planning investigations.
I hope you find it helpful.
